Easum, William

Bill is the President and Senior Managing Partner of Easum, Bandy and Associates (formerly 21st Century Strategies) Before founding 21st Century Strategies, Bill had a very successful 28 year tenure of ministry in three churches. During his 24 years at Colonial Hills United Methodist Church in San Antonio, the church grew from 35 in worship to over 1,000 ... with 2,200 members. Bill specializes in consulting with local churches, conducting major seminars, small group work, and mentoring leaders for the ministries of the future. Topics of special interest include: futuring, disciple making, multiple staffing, permission giving structures, indigenous worship, lay mobilization, small groups, large churches, church planting, relocation, organizational mergers, and denominational reorganization.

Ford, Leighton

Ford heads Leighton Ford Ministries, which seeks to help young leaders worldwide to lead more like Jesus and more to Jesus. Foster, Charles

Charles Foster is the senior scholar directing the Carnegie Foundation's Study on the Clergy as part of the Preparation for the Professions Program.  He is an ordained United Methodist minister in the Oregon-Idaho Annual Conference and served on staff at Emory University's Candler School of Theology. His research explores cultural diversity and the theory and practice of religious education in theological schools and congregations.
