Senge, Peter M.

Senior lecturer in behavioural policy science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management, Boston. Director of the Systems Thinking and Organizational Learning Program and Founding partner of Innovation Associates in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Senge studies how firms and other organizations can develop learning capabilities in a world of increasing complexity and rapid change. He is a founding member and the chair of the Society for Organizational Learning, the purpose of which is to "discover, integrate, and implement theories and practices for the interdependent development of people and their institutions."

Sims, Bennett J.

Bishop Bennett served as an Episcopalian parish priest in Baltimore, MD; Corning, NY and Tokyo, Japan before joining the faculty of the Virginia Theological Seminary as founding director of the Center for Continuing Education.
