	Synod Strategy	The Uniting Church in Queensland undertakes intentional missional planning. Councils of the Church have data which allows analysis of the impact of their mission strategies, and congregations and agencies demonstrate how their mission planning reflects Christ's call to be engaged in the transformation and salvation of the world.
